Backcountry.com User Profile

This was a large project to completely re-build the Backcountry user profile page from scratch. This page was also built from the ground up to be completely responsive and optimized for small screens, while preserving all desktop functionality.

This new design incorporates a large profile cover image, circular profile photo with cropping tool, lazy-loaded contribution wall with animations, a follow tool, and many more ways to edit your personal content.

To build this page I used Backbone.js, Ajax calls to REST API endpoints, Oracle ATG and Java Server Pages, Sass/Compass, jQuery UI Widget Factory, Underscore.js, and QUnit for testing.
